Free Community Health Fairs!

The Franklin Junior Foundation,(FJF) a non-profit, (501 c-3) sponsors Health Fairs across the country.

Chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, cancer and asthma are verging on the epidemic in many communities across the USA. Too many of the victims (est. 25%) do not even know they are afflicted, leading to late discovery of their condition which means greater risk of death and increased cost of treatment.

Sponsoring Community Health Fairs is the latest project in FJF's medical mission to bring quality health care to communities that are under served by the health care industry, here and around the world.

Since many people are unaware of the current status of their health, with as many as 25% of diabetics unaware that they have the disease until their doctor tells them they have to lose their foot or their kidneys are failing. The Health Fair is a very important service to the community. They are open and free to all.

The Fair consists of several educational events. First is a medical screening of attendees. In private, one-on-one sessions with doctors and/or nurses; attendee's vital signs, such as blood pressure, blood sugar, height and weight are checked. In addition, their body's Ph, or acid/alkaline balance is tested. This vital indicator, often ignored by the conventional medical establishment, is THE key to a person's vulnerability to deadly, degenerative diseases.

Attendee are immediately informed of any serious medical problems uncovered during the tests. On more than one occasion, people have been alerted to dangerous conditions they were not aware of such as one man in the Bronx who was alerted to a serious blood pressure situation. His blood pressure was 210/110, life threatening.

At another event, a woman was told to seek immediate medical attention for a blood sugar reading that was 4 times normal.

After the screening, attendees have the option to attend a 1 hour seminar where they will discover secret nutritional therapies that prevent, treat or even cure the many degenerative diseases that plaque our communities. These are scientific, proven therapies that are usually much cheaper but equal to or even more effective as traditional drugs and have none of the life threatening side effects, which is why the pharmaceutical industry and their cronies in the medical establishment hope that these secrets never come out. It is a fact, drugs can never cure, nutrition can.

Finally, all attendees are sent a personal report summarizing their health findings with recommendations from the health care professionals at the fair, with a recommendation to follow up with their personal physicians if warranted.
